A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, percussion, and even the human voice itself. These meditations can help us experience profound relaxation and states of deep healing, express and transform energy, release old patterns, get grounded, connect to intuition, creativity and more.
Meet us for a 45 minute flow yoga session taught by CorePower instructor, Christina Mierzejewski. Each session is complimentary to attend. DATE: Every Sunday.
